I am a scientist-turned-photographer who has spent most of their adult life in the Washington, DC area. I now live in Silver Spring, Maryland with my energetic toddler. I’m a city kid who loves to explore nature, collect stories, and create memories.

I capture the real you. Relaxed and comfortable, we’ll chat through our outdoor photoshoot and before you know it we will have a ton of incredible shots. I have been described as “surprisingly efficient” which is great for folks who don’t love to be in front of the camera, families with small kids, and groups with lots of headshots to get through! I’m happy to consult on locations, outfits, and anything else you need to feel prepared and confident for your photoshoot!
